 From the picture we can see our whole plant .

A set of our machineincludereactor , insulation layer, roller , moto , gas seperate , depositing tank , cooling pool , cooling pipes , oil tank , water seal , furnace , desulfrization deduster , water film cyclone . chimney , draft fan , and other auxiliary things .

this is our some systems .

1,             Pyrolysis cracking system

First , feed raw material in reactor . Some special reactor can provided . Through feed-in door we put raw materials into reactor . Raw materials could be some waste plastic , waste tyres , waste rubbers .

Second , heat up reactor . We put fuels ( coal , wood , charcoal , fuel oil ) into furnace for heating reactor . Here are blowers to help combustion .

2,             Depositing system

We separate heavy oil , impurity out of oil gas with two tanks .  Gas separate and depositing tank are enough to depositing them .

  When raw materials cracking in the reactor , high temperature can change them from solide to liquid , then to gas. We call it oil gas . they all through oil pipes into the gas separate . Some heavy things down to the bottom of the tank itself , and light oil gas rise up itself , then through pipes into the depositing tank .

Then go to depositing tank . It is function is as same as gas separate . It just make oil gas more purity . Then we can get high oil yied .

3,             Condensation system

There are some method to make oil gas condensation . We use cooling pool to condensation oil gas .

we put 10 pipes in cooling pool . Each diameter is 219 milimeter . Condensation area is very large . Condensation time is long .

   Every two pipes use ellows to connect . It is very convenient to clean the pipes .

You do not need recycling water , cooling tower and water pump when you use our cooling pool . The fact is our cooling pool is low cost and high oil yied .

4,             Waste gas recycle system

How to deal with waste gas ? We can not store them , because it is danger and high cost . We plan a excellent recycle order for waste gas .

Waste gas recycle system also named water seal . The function is for safe . We have valves on it . Usually , we use one pipe to connect water seal and furnace . Then waste gas can combustion as fuel . It can help saving much wood coal and charcoal .

5,             Dedusting system

As we know , there must to be some smoke produce when we use wood or cpal to heat up the reactor . Smoke often involve sulfur , dust and water .

Everyone has responsible for environment . Our engineer deviced some special machines to safeguard environment . Like desulfurization deduster , water film cyclone , bag dedusting .

    Because of some special design and gravity , sulfur can be take away , and dust can down to the bottom of tank .

Next to the water film cyclone , we use draft fan to help the clear smoke out of the chimney .  It is very environmental .

6,             Carbon black slaging system

When we use tyres or plastics to refine oil , carbon black are produced . How could we get out of carbon black ?

Do not worry about that . there are built-in spiral plate in reactor . Carbon black will come into the door by spiral plate when reactor is rotating .
